The Efficiency Apartment

This is a one-room at the Slipshod (Plan 1) designed to be a first home for a new avatar while also providing a place for private sex.  Here we have 3 coitus positions, 2 blow job arrangements, a cunnilingus setup and anal sex.

Coitus: under the bed, the woman clicks on any barstool to sit and the man sits on any wooden stool.
